Firstflex Cables (‘Firstflex’), is thrilled to announce the grand prize winner of our ‘Go for Gold’ nationwide promotion is Ventia, a leading infrastructure services company.
Ventia has won the grand prize of a gold bar and is donating the proceeds to ten charities that the company will carefully select in the New Year. This donation aligns with Ventia’s strong commitment to giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that make a positive impact across the country.
“We are excited to see Ventia win this prize and are very pleased to award the prize to an organisation that shares our values of community and support,” said Kelly Hutchinson, Marketing Manager at Firstflex Cables.
To coincide with Firstflex’s 50 years of operation the nationwide promotion saw high participation across wholesale branch partners and their electrical customers. In addition to the main prize draw, golden tickets were wound into drums of cable to be redeemed for Prezzy Cards.
“We’ve had a lot of fun with the campaign and it’s generated a lot of engagement with our customers.”
Ventia has expressed their intention to use the winnings to support a wide range of causes which will be announced early next year after consideration and consultation with their stakeholders. On Wednesday the cheque was presented to the Ventia team at Radcliffe Electrical Hornby – the electrical wholesaler branch who they purchase their Firstflex products through.
